Today I will tell you about one of my favorite recipes lately and that’s exactly guilt-free cheesecake with berries and citrus.

Recently, I am increasingly striving to create a healthy diet. Without restrictions, but also without indiscriminate throwing of sweet foods. I read a lot, I’m interested, I gather inspiration.

Most of all I like to have enough time to spend in the kitchen. That leads to pleasure experimenting with new and interesting recipes. I love fast and healthy recipes because in most cases I do not have the time to make breakfast or dessert.

But at the same time I love sweets, I love to look beautiful also. And this recipe is all this and much more.

Time passes and somehow over time I realize that I am extremely tired of diets, of restrictions like “I will not eat chocolate for the rest of my life.” No, it just makes me think about chocolate all the time. Then I abuse my body with chocolate. This in turn leads to many psychological problems. I will not mention the physical ones at all.

That’s why I’m looking for options to satisfy my sweet tooth with healthy options for my favorite desserts. In case you are wondering this cheesecake is super easy and fast and you can enjoy it without feeling guilty at all.

If you need an interesting and different breakfast or if you are wondering what dessert to make for yourself and your guests – this cheesecake is all you need.

Ingredients:

 

  • natural skyr (I used lactose-free option)
  • 4 sugar-free biscuits
  • 2 tbs. sugar-free blueberry jam
  • lemon and orange peel
  • milk (also lactose-free)
  • almonds

 

Preparation:

Choose a beautiful cup or bowl. Crush 2-3 cookies. Pour a little milk to make it like a loaf. Milk kills the crunchiness of the cookies.

Put a few spoons of the skyr, to cover the base of the biscuits. Followed by a row of the blueberry jam or 2-3 tablespoons of it. To cover the layer of skyr.

* The jam I use is quite clean from the composition, without artificial ingredients. It’s not super sweet, but I think it’s perfect for sweetness. You can also prepare it yourself very easily by putting blueberries with a sweetener of your choice on the stove. There’s a room for experiments here.

 

We finish with a layer of skyr again, and on it we break a cookie, lemon peel and orange peel, as well as almonds.

 

It looks wonderful and it’s delicious. You will wow everyone with this fast guilt-free cheesecake with berries and citrus.
