Healthy Banana And Lemon Oat Muffins
It is that time of the year when we decide to start over and make a change in our lives. Most of us choose to start eating healthy. Trust me, I know because I am the same. Although I eat healthy most of the time, I slip from time to time, and I find this entirely reasonable. I am a huge lover of all kind sweets and chocolate things. One year ago when I decided to maintain a healthy regime, I was thinking a lot how to insert something sweet into my diet and keep it healthy at the same time. I’ve never been a muffin kind of girl, but I found a recipe on Pinterest, and I change it to my taste.
If you love muffins, you will fall in love with my recipe. I eat them almost every day, and they are my best friend in the fight with my weight. They are delicious and healthy at the same time. Who knew tasty and healthy could go together?!
This is a dose for 12 muffins.
2 large bananas
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
100ml. non-fat milk
3-4 spoons of honey or a sweetener of your choice
Put all of the ingredients in the blender and mix it up. Distribute in the muffin form (make sure to spread some coconut oil all over the form). Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes on 200 degrees.
You can serve them with ice-cream, fruits or a fruit yogurt.
