Hello, lovely soul! Today I am going to share one of my favorite dessert recipes – healthy berry oatmeal dessert.

Sometimes I crave something sweet but I try to cut the old fashioned favorite chocolate.  It is really hard for me but I put my health first place in the last few years. As someone who suffered from an eating disorder, it is super important to switch from chocolate and sweets to something that’s delicious and healthy at the same time.

During the years I experimented with my favorite recipes and found many ways to satisfy my sweet tooth through healthy desserts. And one of these desserts is the healthy berry oatmeal dessert.

This recipe is super simple, easy to do and with not so many ingredients. You probably have all these ingredients in the comfort of your home.

Now, when we stay mostly at home it is the perfect time to start experimenting and start eating healthy. Preparing your own food is simply priceless. Trust me, now it is the time. And I am absolutely sure you can win that battle, no matter how hard can be sometimes. Don’t do it to lose weight or to win the scale, do it for your overall health and wellbeing.

  • 2 cups organic rolled oats
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 – 4 tablespoons honey 
  • unsweetened almond or soya milk
  • frozen berries
  • cinnamon

That’s it. You only need these 6 ingredients to prepare this tasty dessert. Just mix all the ingredients in a blender. I am in love with my NutriBuller Blender.

I use it ALL the time. I make healthy delicious soups and my favorite smoothies. And some gorgeous desserts. It’s a real friend of mine. Anyway, when you mix everything, put it in a pan and the next step is to put it in the oven, which should be already hot. Bake it for 25 minutes on 200 degrees or until ready. It is as simple as that. You only need 5 minutes to prepare the mixture and 25 minutes to bake it.

This healthy berry oatmeal dessert is perfect for breakfast because it’s super filling. And you can use it as an occasional treat from time to time.

You should definitely try it. When it’s done you can sprinkle some honey over it and put some fresh berries on top. I love strawberries, so that was my pick. Be creative!
