New You – New Year Resolutions

New You - New Year Resolutions

Happy New Year, lovelies! I am so happy to see you all again in the new 2018! New You – New Year Resolutions is my gift to you – a guide to a new and better You! As a matter of fact, this guide is going to help you live a better life and decide what are your goals and how to achieve them!

I don’t know about you but I already have in mind what are my goals for the new year and I have some kind of action plan to achieve them. My main purpose here is to guide you and give you some ideas. If you follow my tips I am sure you are going to manage to achieve all of your goals.

The first thing you should do is, to sum up, your desires by section such as life, love, health, money, career, self, travel and etc. As a matter of fact, you can make as many sections you want. This way it would be easier for you to track them through the year. Be sure to be 100% realistic and only put goals who can be achieved. Make it simple and easy. Give yourself enough time to think through and decide what you want to include in the list.

I hope this simple list of ideas is going to inspire you and help you choose your main goals. Hopefully, it is going to motivate you enough to make this year different and achieve everything you always wanted.

What exactly I’m going to show you here is actually put a list of my goals plus some additional goals for you to put.

Personal Goals

In this section, we are going to see which are the most common personal goals we focus on. In the first place for me are the goals linked to my health. First I am going to do some detox because my body really needs that after the holidays where we all know the healthy regime is not on the list. Second I am going to make a plan with short-term goals, where I am going to include all of the steps such as what time do I have for sport, baby steps for my meal plan changes and etc. In fact, this is a good way to keep yourself accountable. Think about everything and then put it on paper. In short, think about how you can improve your health. Then take actions. If you need someone who can help you with all that you can contact me! I finally decided to become a wellness coach and I would love to help you to become a healthier and better version of yourself!

Equally important is to make another goal – to read more books this year! This is extremely important for me. Reading is a treasure, it makes you richer in any possible way. I know how hard it is to find time but please do! You won’t regret it! I too work – I have my regular job and study for life and wellness coach and meanwhile, I’m still able to work on my blog.

As well as working on your physical shape and form I think it’s equally important to work hard on your mental health. I’m telling you this as someone who survived anxiety and depression. Mental health is something you should also work on. For good mental health try journaling, speaking openly with people, solving your problems right away and thinking positive. Sometimes it seems impossible but with hard work everything is possible!

I am in love with traveling! In fact, this is my biggest addiction! That’s why I have goals connected to traveling. My opinion is that just like books traveling makes you richer. I love waking up in a new place, getting to know the local people and traditions.

This year I have on my list Netherlands, Thassos and Cologne. Of course, I am sure the locations are going to be much more. I hope this year I am going to be able to travel much more than last one. You should also try traveling more.

New You – New Year Resolutions have another important aspect. The professional part is a huge part of my new me. Although I still work on my regular job I started this blog 2 months ago and I am really proud of the way it goes by now. I am on my way to becoming a life and wellness coach also. It is a lot of work but these are jobs I love (except my regular one). I have set many goals to achieve here in this section.

If you have an entrepreneurial spirit like me then I am sure you have so much in mind for this year. Of course, it all depends on the work you do but try again with short-term goals. I make planners – to-do lists every day, monthly goals and long-term early goals. I find making lists with goals very helpful and that’s a great way to keep yourself accountable. Just try this approach and I am sure you are going to have a bigger success and stick to your job properly.

New You – New Year Resolutions is just a simple way to help you keep sticking to your goals, a way to guide you the right way. If you have more ideas I would love to hear them – just comment below and I will respond as soon as I can.
