I am trying to lose some weight and I am eating mostly low-carb. And the truth is I LOVE EGGS.
My time is limited because I am working two jobs right now and that’s why I need something fast to prepare to have for a few days in advance.

This salty muffin recipe is exactly what you need if you want to lose weight, fill yourself up, and don’t have much time for cooking.

How to prepare the muffins
Mix the eggs. Put in the mixture all the other ingredients. Stir. And pour the mixture in the muffin form or the backing cups. Bake till ready. It took me 15 minutes on 200 degrees.
You see! It is super easy. And delicious. And you can play around with almost everything.
These muffins can be a great idea for breakfast. When I am super busy I even take them for lunch at work. Add some salad and you are good to go. I bet your kids will also love it.
