I don’t know about you but I am a huge book lover! I love reading different genres of books. As a matter of fact, I am the biggest fan of self-improvement books. These books are a great source of helpful information. Not to mention they can actually completely change your life.
As you may already know I had anxiety, depression and an eating disorder before in my life. This was the moment when I started reading a lot of self-help and self-improvement books. I got absolutely fascinated by them.
Not only I learned many new things but also I practiced many of the tips and find helpful solutions for myself.
That’s why I decided to share with you my favorite books and help you become the best version of yourself! Remember: Your life is in your hands! With the right motivation and knowledge, you can achieve EVERYTHING!

Book 1 – Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Carol S. Dweck
This amazing book helps you to fulfill your potential. It also gives you an idea of how to cope with failure. The important lesson is that you don’t have to be discouraged by failure, you actually have to use it as a lesson, a power to move you forward.
This book will make you a person with a developed growth mindset. If you are thinking what the heck is that you will find the answer in the book. This kind of mindset will be your biggest power!

This book was really helpful for me and I think it helped me understand what happiness is. It also helped me with my anxiety. I definitely recommend it!

Yes, we have another book in this collection from Gretchen Rubin! In fact, I am even a bigger fan to this one.
Actually, if you are still keeping up with your resolutions this book will help you achieve them and break the bad habits.
I might have to take a look at this book again soon because I (again) have a few bad habits I want to break. The last time it helped me a lot with something I struggled for years. But enough about me, let’s talk about this fantastic book.
Better Than Before is going to show you the latest research about on how to break up with the bad habits and develop healthy ones. There are a few simple tools to use to improve your overall life.
Book 9 – The Success Principles: How To Get From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be by Jack Canfield
This book has so much to offer you, trust me! You won’t regret reading it! As a matter of fact, this book is going to teach you how to take control on your own life. Not to mention, there are many important lessons which will absolutely transform your life and make you a better and responsible person.

Louise Hay is absolutely amazing! I love all of her books but this one helped me with healing from anxiety and depression. Seriously!
Louise says that if you do the mental work you can heal from everything! And she is absolutely right! Not to mention, all of the valuable lessons I found in the book which helped me in other areas of my life too.
This self-help book is concentrated on your relationship with your body, mind, money and other relationships. There is so much to learn from it!
